369ph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Processors: Sharing with GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank is necessary to process your transactions. Each processor operates under their own privacy policy and applicable Philippine financial data regulations.
- Game Providers: 369ph works with licensed game software providers. These providers may receive session-level technical data required to deliver games but do not receive your personally identifiable information beyond what is technically necessary.

- Transaction Records: All deposit, withdrawal, and gaming transaction records are retained for a minimum of five years for regulatory and audit purposes.
- Support Communications: Customer support records are retained for three years following the resolution of the relevant interaction.

If we become aware that an account has been created by or for a person under 21, we will immediately close the account, forfeit all associated balances, and securely delete any personal data collected in connection with that account.
